Miso Veggie Skewers

1. Thread the vegetables on the soaked wooden skewers and set aside.
2. Heat the grill to medium high and brush with neutral oil.
3. Grill the vegetables, flipping as needed, until tender and caramelized, about 3-4 minutes depending on vegetable and size.
4. When soft and tender, brush generously with Bachan’s Miso Barbecue Sauce and grill for another 30 seconds per side to caramelize. Enjoy immediately.
1/4 cup Bachan's Miso Japanese Barbecue Sauce
1 small zucchini, cut into 2 inch batons
1 small Japanese eggplant, cut into 2 inch batons
2 large king oyster mushrooms, cut into 2 inch batons
4 spears asparagus, cut into 2 inch lengths
8 cherry tomatoes
8 shishito peppers
wooden skewers soaked in water
