Over the Top Chili
- Cook Time: 2 Hour
- Serves: 12

Directions
- Dice the onion and green bell pepper.
- Cook the pepper and onion in a large Dutch over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Add 1 chili seasoning packet, beer, green chilies, minced garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce and beans.
- Add the ground beef to a bowl then pour in ¼ cup of Bachan’s Original and ½ chili packet seasoning.
- Mix until fully combined then form the meat into an oval shape and place on a wire rack.
- Place the Dutch oven on the smoker and the wire rack on top of the Dutch oven.
- Smoke it at 250F until the meat reaches an internal temp of 165F.
- Break the meat up into bite size pieces then add it to the Dutch oven and mix until combined.
- Let it simmer on low for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to absorb into the meat.
- Serve it in a bowl with sour cream, cheddar cheese, jalapeño slices and a side of fries for dipping.

• 2 tbsp Bachan’s Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce
• 2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
• 2 chili seasoning packets
• 1 large onion, diced small
• 1 green bell pepper, diced small
• 12oz lager beer
• 4 cloves minced garlic
• 28oz Crushed tomatoes
• 15oz Tomato sauce
• 4oz Mild Green chilies
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 can red kidney beans (optional)
Garnish
• Sour cream
• Cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
• Jalapenons, thinly sliced
• Extra crispy fast food style fries( for dipping)
