Pan Fried Yuzu Garlic Shrimp

Directions

1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until soft, about 2 minutes.

2. Add the shrimp to the pan and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Cook, Flipping as needed, until the shrimp are cooked through, and pink, about 3-4 minutes.

3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in Bachan’s Yuzu Barbecue Sauce, lemon juice, and chopped cilantro. Enjoy immediately.

• 1 lb medium or large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 tbsp Bachan’s Yuzu Barbecue Sauce
• juice of 1/2 lemon
• 2 tbsp roughly chopped cilantro
