Smoked Honey Glazed Ham

Directions

  1. Preheat your smoker or oven to 250°F.

  2. Coat the thawed ham in a yellow mustard binder then generously season the outside of the ham with a BBQ rub.

  3. Place the ham on a wire rack then smoke it at 250°F for 3 hours.

  4. Make the glaze by combining all of the ingredients in a sauce pan: Sweet Honey Bachan’s, orange juice, pineapple juice, brown sugar and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until thickened.

  5. At the 2 hour mark, begin glazing the ham every 15 minutes for the last hour.

  6. Remove the ham once the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  7. Pour the remainder of the glaze over top with a sheet pan underneath.

  8. Carve the ham then serve!
