Smoked Honey Glazed Ham
- Cook Time: 3 Hours
- Serves: 20
Directions
Preheat your smoker or oven to 250°F.
Coat the thawed ham in a yellow mustard binder then generously season the outside of the ham with a BBQ rub.
Place the ham on a wire rack then smoke it at 250°F for 3 hours.Â
Make the glaze by combining all of the ingredients in a sauce pan: Sweet Honey Bachan’s, orange juice, pineapple juice, brown sugar and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until thickened.Â
At the 2 hour mark, begin glazing the ham every 15 minutes for the last hour.
Remove the ham once the internal temperature reaches 145°F.Â
Pour the remainder of the glaze over top with a sheet pan underneath.
Carve the ham then serve!
