Spicy Garlic Grilled Shrimp

Directions
1. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until soft, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in Bachan’s Hella Hot Barbecue Sauce, then set aside.
2. Skewer the peeled and deveined shrimp, 4-5 per skewer. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
3. Heat the grill to medium hot and brush generously with oil or butter. Grill the shrimp skewers until pink and lightly cooked, about 1-2 minutes per side.
4. Generously brush the both sides of shrimp skewers with the garlicky Hella Hot butter sauce. Continue grilling both sides for an additional 1 minute each.
5. Remove from the grill and enjoy hot, with extra garlicky Hella Hot butter sauce drizzled on top.

• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 lb medium or large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 tbsp Bachan’s Hella Hot Barbecue Sauce
