Spicy Teriyaki Beef

Directions
1. In a bowl or liquid measuring cup, whisk together Bachan’s Hella Hot Barbecue Sauce, 2 tbsp water, sugar, and cornstarch. Set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat up the oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft, about 3-5 minutes.
3. Add the thinly sliced beef to the pan and cook briefly, flipping as needed, until just cooked through, about 1-3 minutes.
4. Add the Hella Hot sauce mixture to the pan and bring to a gentle simmer, letting the sauce bubble, reduce, and thicken.
5. When the sauce is glossy and coats the beef, remove the pan from the heat. Serve over hot short grain rice. Finish with toasted sesame seeds if desired and enjoy immediately.

• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 lb thinly sliced beef, short rib or chuck preferred
• 6 cups cooked short grain rice, to serve
