Garlic Butter Shrimp

Directions
1. Butterfly shrimp, lightly dredge in flour, then cook in air fryer to a good crispy doneness.
2. Melt butter in cast iron pan and add cloves of minced garlic.
3. Toss the fried shrimp in the pan adding Bachan's Hot and Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce and pineapple.
4. Garnish with green onion and sesame and serve over white rice.

2-3 cups all purpose flour
½ stick butter
5 cloves garlic minced
1 cup Bachan's Hot and Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce
2 cups pineapple chopped
white rice (single serving)
green onion
sesame seeds
