Garlic Butter Shrimp

  • Prep Time: 5 Minutes 
  • Cook Time: 10 Minutes 
  • Serves: 1 Person 


1. Butterfly shrimp, lightly dredge in flour, then cook in air fryer to a good crispy doneness.

2. Melt butter in cast iron pan and add cloves of minced garlic.

3. Toss the fried shrimp in the pan adding Bachan's Hot and Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce and pineapple.

4. Garnish with green onion and sesame and serve over white rice.

This is a super quick and easy weekday meal packed full of flavor, enjoy!
