Tex Mex Fajitas

Directions

1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When hot, add the chicken breasts and brown 6-7 minutes per side, then remove from the pan and set aside. It’s ok if the chicken breasts aren’t fully cooked at this stage as they will be cooked more later on.

3. Add the remaining oil to the pan and cook the onion and peppers over medium, stirring occasionally, until soft and tender, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.

4. Slice the chicken breast into strips and add them back to the skillet with the onions and peppers.

5. Continue to cook, over medium heat, ensuring the chicken breast is cooked though. Add Bachan’s Sweet and Spicy Barbecue Sauce and lime juice, mixing and coating everything evenly.

6. Remove from the heat and enjoy immediately with warm tortillas, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and extra Bachan’s Sweet and Spicy Barbecue Sauce.
