Leftover Turkey Fried Rice
- Cook Time: 15 MinutesÂ
- Serves: 6
Directions
Cube the leftover turkey into bite sized pieces then dice up an onion.
Preheat the griddle or large skillet over medium heat.Â
Make the creamy sauce by mixing 1 cup of mayo, 4 tbsp Bachan’s Original, 1 tbsp smoked paprika and ½ tbsp garlic powder. Mix then refrigerate until serving.Â
Drizzle sesame seed oil on griddle then cook the onion, peas and carrots for 5-7 minutes until soft.
Add the cubed turkey to the griddle then drizzle Bachan’s Original Japanese Barbecue sauce on top. Once the sauce caramelizes to the meat, set aside.
Add the day-old rice to the griddle then add the butter and a drizzle of Bachans then mix with the onion, peas and carrots.Â
Mix 3 large eggs into the rice right at the end then reduce heat once the eggs are cooked.Â
Place the warmed turkey on top then serve!
