Yuzu Caprese Salad

Directions

1. Arrange the slices of tomatoes alternating with slices of mozzarella and basil on a large platter.

2. Drizzle generously with Bachan’s Yuzu Barbeque Sauce and extra virgin olive oil. Finish with flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
