Yuzu Citrus Guacamole

Directions

1. Cut the avocados in half. Remove the pit and scoop the fruit into a bowl and roughly mash with a fork.

2. Stir in the lime juice, Bachan’s Yuzu Barbeque Sauce, red onion, and cilantro. Taste and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

3. Enjoy immediately with tortilla chips of choice.
