Yuzu Edamame

Directions

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet until very hot. Add the edamame pods, cover, and cook, without stirring, until the pods char, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. The pods should be tender and charred.

2. Remove the pan from the heat and toss with Bachan’s Yuzu Barbecue Sauce, toasted sesame seeds, and lemon zest. Plate and enjoy!

1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
lemon zest, optional
