Yuzu Marinated Tuna

Directions

1. Slice the tuna into 1/2" slices, then cut into cubes.

2. Marinate in Bachan’s Yuzu Barbeque Sauce for 10 minutes.

3. Serve, topped with toasted sesame seeds and green onions, alongside rice and seaweed snacks if desired.
