Yuzu Pepper Party Wings

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Wash and zest the lemon, then set aside the zest.

2. Pat the wings dry with paper towels then combine in a large bowl along with the oil, oregano, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Juice the zested lemon into the bowl, then toss everything until combined.

3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on an oven safe baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, flip, then bake for an additional 15 minutes or until crisp. In the last five minutes, set the oven to broil to give extra color, if desired.

4. Cut open a wing to check for doneness, then use tongs to toss the wings with Bachan’s Yuzu Barbeque Sauce, lemon zest, and extra pepper in the baking dish. Transfer to a plate or bowl and enjoy immediately.

Dip wings with The Original or Sweet & Spicy Japanese Dipping Sauce for even more delicious flavor.
