Yuzu Roasted Mushrooms

Yuzu Roasted Mushrooms

Directions

1. Add the butter and olive oil to a large heavy bottomed skillet. Turn the heat to medium high.

2. Once the butter melts and the oil is hot, add the mushrooms and sear without moving for 3-4 minutes, then toss occasionally until the mushrooms start to brown and soften.

3. Add the garlic and season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are deeply browned and caramelized.

4. Remove from the heat and finish with a generous drizzle of Bachan’s Yuzu Barbecue Sauce. Enjoy immediately.
