Yuzu Salmon Tacos

Directions

1. In a freezer bag add salmon fillet, Bachan's Yuzu Japanese Barbecue Sauce, lemon grass, garlic and green onions. Seal and let marinate for 30 min-24 hrs.

2. Remove salmon from bag, place parchment paper on a baking sheet, then add salmon prepping to bake.

3. Bake marinated salmon at 350 F. in the oven for 20 minutes.Remove from the oven, and pull apart with a fork.

4. Add your salmon to warm tortilla shells and top with, cabbage, avocado and more of Bachans Yuzu Japanese Barbecue Sauce. Enjoy!

2 Tsp. Lemon Grass
2 tsp. Garlic, diced
½ cup, Green Onions
Street Taco Shells
Red and Green Cabbage, shredded for topping
Lime
Avocado (optional)
