Yuzu Summer Grilled Corn

Directions

1. Preheat the grill to high and heat until hot. Add the corn and cook, turning often, until charred and cooked evenly, about 10 minutes.

2. Remove from the grill and brush with butter, then drizzle with Bachan’s Yuzu Barbeque Sauce and enjoy hot.

Note: If you have time, soak the corn in water for 30 minutes before grilling - it will result in plumper, juicer corn.
