Beef Tortilla Kabob
- Cook Time: 45 Minutes
- Serves: 4

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, red bell pepper, parsley, bbq rub and Bachan’s Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce.
Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly so that everything is fully combined.
Stack all of the tortillas together, then cut them into a large square removing the rounded edges of the tortilla.
Divide the beef into 5 servings, then evenly spread each serving on five out of the six tortillas. Make sure the tortilla is fully covered up to the edges of the tortilla.
Stack the 5 beef tortillas on top of each other, then add the last tortilla on top.
With a sharp knife, cut the stack into three even sections. Lay the stacks flat, then insert three skewers making sure they’re evenly spaced out. Cut in between each skewer.
Grill the beef tortilla kebabs over direct heat on the grill for 2-3 minutes each side.
Move them indirect of the heat and let them cook for approximately 10 minutes, until they reach an internal temperature of 155°F.
Place the cooked kebabs on a plate or sheet tray then garnish with sesame seeds, green onions and a generous drizzle of Bachan’s Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce.
