Chili Sesame Stir-Fry Udon

Directions
Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add in red pepper flake, soy sauce, and ground pork. Cook until all of the water has cooked off of the pork.
Add in Bachan’s Chili Sesame Japanese BBQ Sauce, sliced red bell pepper, and green onions.
Prepare your favorite noodle according to the package.
When noodles are cooked, add to the ground pork mixture and stir fry until well mixed.
Transfer to bowls and garnish with scallion greens, toasted sesame seeds, and a fried egg if desired.

• 1 lb ground pork
• 1 Tbsp fresh ginger
• 1 Tbsp garlic
• ¼ tsp crushed red chili
• 2 Tbsp soy sauce
• 1 lb fresh or dried udon noodles (or substitute with other thick noodles)
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 scallion bunch
• ¼ cup Bachan’s Chili Sesame Japanese Barbecue Sauce
• 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted (for garnish)
• Optional garnish: Fried egg, extra scallions, or chili crisp
