Shipping policy

Shipping is FREE on all orders over $35 at Bachans.com

All orders are shipped out within 72 hours of being placed.  We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail Service.

Tracking numbers are sent with shipment notification email.  If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at support@bachans.com

Our priority is to make sure you receive your package in a timely manner. This means we release all Bachan's shipments without signature requirements and cannot be held responsible for USPS errors.
You can help make sure nothing goes wrong with your delivery by:
  • Checking your confirmation email to make sure there are no typos in your address details.
  • Providing your apartment/unit number for your shipping address, where applicable.
  • Follow your tracking link closely to monitor for errors or alerts; if your building is locked to outsiders (no lobby, mailroom, etc.), to be safe, we recommend calling your selected carrier with your tracking details and requesting a specific service (i.e. "leave the package on the front stoop, please").

If your package does not arrive, please email us at support@bachans.com.  We will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve any issues, but are not responsible for USPS errors or stolen packages.
